As of October 11th 2019, we have released the open beta version of the new user profile pages. In this message we will inform you of all new functionalities and changes.
To access the beta version of the user profile pages, go to any user profile on Cardmarket. Here you will find a button that allows you to jump to the new and improved version. Additionally, you can access your own new page from the "Account" section. To do so, go to "Account" and click on the "View public profile (Beta)" link.
Professional users & Powersellers have received the following functionalities to customize their public profile pages, as viewed by yourself and other users.
To add, edit, or delete the aforementioned items, please go to the "Account" page, and from there navigate to the "Company" section (this functionality is only available for professional users & Powersellers).
As of, Oct 8th, we'll change the way our extra payment and refund system works: No more „receiver confirmation“ is needed, i.e. when a refund or extra payment is sent, the amount is immediately credited to the receiver's Cardmarket account.
With this comes a small adjustment on how refunds impact your „loss ratio“ as a seller. If a shipment has been reported as „lost“ by the buyer, you will need to refund at least 100% of that shipment's value for it to be discounted from your loss count.
These changes will make refunds easier and faster, while ensuring that the loss rate calculation is still fair.
Many of our players have previously asked for feature and now it's here: save your filters!
If you usually only buy cards of a specific condition (e.g. language, quantity, or seller rating), you can now pre-apply these filters for any time you're logged in.
Simply set the filter in your account settings page. This way, it will automatically apply when browsing through cards. You can, of course, always adjust the filter the normal way on the product page itself.

We strive to be open with all our customers and are grateful that you've come to us with your concerns. To this end, we want to clarify some answers to repeat questions:
1) Your account is safe! We want to be sure you know that we have closed the gap in our security and that your account is fully protected now. You can buy and sell cards as usual.
2) No financial data of any kind was leaked! We take extra precautions with our financial data, putting it on another double secured server to ensure no one can get access to it.
3) No leaked data are used! We have investigated and taken steps to ensure that all of the leaked data has been taken down. No users have reported any fraudulent activity associated with this leak and we are working closely with authorities.
We again offer our apologies for this situation and we will further continue to invest in our security systems to ensure that your data won't be compromised again.
