Software Test Engineer (Quality Management)

Key responsibilities include
Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on the analysis and evaluation of user requirements, specifications, and models with reference to their testability.
Build-up a reliable testing environment.
Develop test specifications - from internal unit tests and user acceptance tests, to product verification.
Run all tests and record their results on all tiers.
Collaborate with front- and back-end developers to implement and integrate test automation.
Setup and maintain a beta tester user group, supervise and manage field tests, as well as establish an efficient feedback process between our customers, the support, the marketing and the development team.
Closely collaborate and coordinate with management and different departments like product management, marketing, or design.
A study, apprenticeship, or training in software development, testing, or similar experience.
Experience with object-oriented software development, scrum, and software tests.
Work experience with websites and web application development is a plus.
Experience with PHP and MySQL.
Creativity, flexibility, quick thinking, and the capability of working in an agile team.
The capability of working independently and carefully, paired with a problem-solving attitude.
Fluent in English.
An affinity for trading cards and games is desirable.
