Reprinted as Mythic in MH2, will this version hold the +-£25 value?

dugoz(08.05.2015 20:29)

Even so, a classic way to succeed in mono black and a powerful tool to generate insane amounts of mana.

Fallatus(08.05.2015 08:10)

The fact, that it doesn't produce mana in the old fashioned way is hindering sometimes. Best in combination with Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth.

Commander Deck Tech: Carth and Friends

ConstructedBy RyanS (2021-06-23)

The introduction of Carth the Lion, a new commander from Modern Horizons 2, is bringing the superfriends archetype to Golgari. Not having access to all the colors but concentrating on black and green is a welcome change for a planeswalker-heavy build, as it helps us focus on a more fun and less oppressive strategy!

Commander Deck Tech: Fright Night

ConstructedBy RyanS (2021-03-23)

This monoblack deck plays nicely with your opponents…' permanents. Your opponents themselves, well, they should be afraid. Very afraid. One would expect no less from the God of Fright, of course, and Tergrid does not disappoint. Spook the competition and make their own weapons come back to haunt them!

Commander Legends: Sengir and Szat, Monoblack Nobility

ConstructedBy RyanS (2020-12-10)

Finally we got a new card for Baron Sengir, a character whose lineage dates back to the very beginning of Magic. Tevesh Szvat is similarly old, but his very first planeswalker card is brand-new. The best part is, both cards have partner, so they can both be at the helm of a monoblack aristocrats strategy.

We all know the hype and speculation about ban list announcements made by WotC for Modern and Legacy. But what about the commander ban list? Who takes care of it, and why are certain cards on there? Today, Robert wants to explore beyond our kitchen tables and into the broken, degenerate, format that Commander can be.

A Forbidden Love: Krav and Regna Commander Deck Tech

ConstructedBy RyanS (2018-08-15)

Battlebond reintroduced partner commanders and even though it was a bit different from their 2016 debut, the Partner mechanic did not disappoint. Having two commanders is a powerful option in the ever-popular Elder Dragon Highlander (EDH) aka the Commander format. In this article, I will be looking at an unusual pair: Krav, a demon and Regna, an angel – lovers and partners. Here's a casual fun Commander deck built around them.
