It's just a slightly better "Opt".
And it doesn't trigger any Surveil triggers.
In Eternal "Opt" is usually viewed as mediocre cantrip.
If you want to fill your graveyard, "Thought Scour" or "Mental Note" might be the better card.

Tezzeret84(23.09.2021 13:56)

Same as OPT but graveyard instead library

Woltitolt(21.09.2021 22:53)

You’re not missing something.

piozie28(21.09.2021 12:43)

Yep, that's surveil 1 draw 1

tufferugli(09.08.2021 17:05)

Does this read just like:
"Surveil 1.
Draw a card."
Or am I missing something?
