Event CoverageBy JaminK (2018-09-21)
For Magic's 25th Anniversary, Wizards hosted an exhibition in Tokyo, Japan. Featuring a walk through Magic history, a gallery of original Magic artworks, and exclusive Ravnica design insights, this event was the first of its kind. Jamin met up with the curator, Mike Linnemann, and now gives you a look into the exhibition.
a must have in any black/blue deck, both modern and standard
Allied fetchlands were initially printed in Onslaught and therefore not legal in Modern.
Their reprint in Khans of Tarkir made them legal in Modern and also dropped their price, making them more afordable.
First of all: Don't speak in caps please.
Second of all: The Fetch lands allow you to search for land and put it into play untapped, whereas Evolving Wilds gets you a land which is tapped. This makes a lot of difference in the tempo of the decks that play them.
Fetchlands are the base of the manabase of every modern multicolored deck, get a playset of each as soon as you can!
Whoever decided these had to be reprinted deserves a goddamn parade :')
Thx god for reprint, original onslaught polluted delta was too high priced, now all can afford it.
