A Rock-like build featuring the combined and intertwined search power of Elvish Reclaimer, Urza's Saga, and Traverse the Ulvenwald has popped up in Modern Challenge results from time to time for a while. The beauty is that all of these feed each other. Reclaimer finds Saga, Saga supplies a graveyard-bound enchantment for delirium, and Witherbloom Command plays into it all as well. The toolbox aspect is great, always supplying the right weapon to combat whatever the game might ask for. For example both Reclaimer and Saga can empty the opponent's graveyard.
However, the deck doesn't accomplish much in line with Modern's modern power level itself. It mainly hopes that Thoughtseize, Inquisition of Kozilek, Fatal Push, Bloodchief's Thirst, and the more specific answers will disrupt the opponent badly enough for Reclaimer, Tarmogoyf, and Saga's Constructs to beat their way to victory. As far as answers go, this design has picked up a new one from The Brothers' War too. Both Saga and a delirious Traverse will now often look for Haywire Mite.
But the deck has also picked up a bit of power in the melding duo of Titania, Voice of Gaea // Titania, Gaea Incarnate and Argoth, Sanctum of Nature // Titania, Gaea Incarnate. It's not so much that Gaea Incarnate is the big goal. It's more that each piece individually offers decent incidental value at little opportunity cost. Milling is good for Elf and Goyf and delirium anyway. A 3/4 three-drop that can gain a bunch of life looks sweet against red. All of the deck's searchers can find Argoth, including Saga via Expedition Map. Reclaimer can even reclaim a dead Voice of Gaea by searching first Takenuma, Abandoned Mire, then Golgari Rot Farm.
And if the melding works … Well, do you have a story to tell then!
