Unfortunately, Bulgaria has been hit with a cyber-attack in recent days, fully disrupting the postal service there. This means there will be delays both delivering to and receiving from Bulgarian sellers and buyers. The Bulgarian government responded immediately and has begun addressing the attack but there is no indication yet as to when the postal system will restart in the country.
