We will make a significant modification to our refund system, that should make it easier to understand and use.
In the past, it has been possible to offer a refund from the purchase amount if it was currently "frozen" in the Cardmarket trustee service. This has lead to confusions as the refund was not paid out directly upon accepting it.
Thus we will no longer allow refunds from "frozen money", you may only offer refunds from your current Cardmarket account balance. Those will be immediately credited on the receivers Cardmarket account upon acceptation, so no more waiting for pending refunds. Also it will be possible to make refunds and extra payment with Cardmarket bonus credit.
In order apply those changes to our system, we will have to temporarily disable the refund and extra payment function on Cardmarket. The interruption is scheduled for
Tuesday, Nov 27th, from 07:00 to 24:00.
You will not be able to offer any new refund or extra payment during this period. Accepting and receiving refunds that have already been offered will not be affected by this downtime.
