2020 was a year where we successfully refactored many important old pages on our website. It was also the year where we added Pounds sterling to the website. Because of these many changes to our marketplace, we would like to share some of our plans for 2021!
After long internal discussions as well as continued consultation with local authorities and health departments, we have decided to cancel all remaining stops of the 2020 Cardmarket Series. This decision was not made lightly, and we have prepared an FAQ below that should hopefully answer many of your questions regarding the cancelation and the Cardmarket Series moving forward. We hope to see you all in 2021, when we return to all the locations we were not able to visit this year.
We’re happy to announce the launch of Cardmarket’s own mobile card scanner. With this, you’ll be able to scan your cards and sell Currently, the feature is in Beta and must be accessed at the link below. We’re giving our users access now so we can test the feature and gather card data to further develop the detection algorithms before we fully incorporate the feature into the website.
As of 08.04.2020, we have refactored the Wants List page. This is one of the final steps in making Cardmarket completely streamlined and responsive. Users can access their Wants List page by clicking on “My Wants” under the “Buying” tab.

As of 11.12.2019, we have refactored the user offer pages. The release of these pages is one of the final steps in the process of making Cardmarket streamlined and completely responsive.
As of today, we released our new and improved helpdesk. The helpdesk is used to contact our support department. Most of the time, you'll use our shipment, account, or product pages to reach our support team, but the helpdesk page, accessed from the top menu at the top of the webpage, is another useful option for creating support tickets when you have encountered an issue on the website.
A couple of weeks ago, we released the new Public User Profiles in Open Beta mode. We've received a lot of feedback and have implemented much of it. As of today, the new Public User Profile pages are now live. This means that the old (legacy) pages will no longer be accessible.
