Right, well I went and posted on the other fetch lands so I might as well give my two cents on this one. It's a fetch land so it's good, and it's on-color for Jeskai Black which is probably the best deck in Standard right now, which is great. Other than that, it's probably the most limited of the fetches in current standard which explains its relatively low price.
In modern on the other hand, it's great in Jund, Grixis Twin, Grixis Delver and Burn. Given all three of those decks are VERY playable right now, it props up what you would expect to be the lowest price of the bunch.
Also, the art is probably one of the stronger ones of the cycle, maybe second only to Heath.
Allied fetchlands were initially printed in Onslaught and therefore not legal in Modern.
Their reprint in Khans of Tarkir made them legal in Modern and also dropped their price, making them more afordable.

a must have in any red/black deck, and even playable in standard!

Fetchlands are the base of the manabase of every modern multicolored deck, get a playset of each as soon as you can!
The artwork is really amazing! Do you expect the price of fetchlands to rise in future?
The pictures of the new fetchlands look so much better than the onslaught ones
