Whenever a player casts their second spell each turn, Ledger Shredder connives. (Draw a card, then discard a card. If you discarded a nonland card, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature.)
If you can reliable double spell easily, especially with 1 mana cantrips and the like, this gets big enough to block most stuff and a threat, while helping to dig for more. This slots so nicely into all the UR phoenix decks that wants to loot anyway and discard cards to the grave, and already want to double spell for the phoenix. For 2 mana thats a steal, and in the mirror, you get the triggers from the opponent too, which is just nasty.
Has one more toughness than Storm Crow for the same Mana Cost - that's the reason it is soo good ;)
Triggert on every opponents round. Basically always and on the way it filters only your deck.

Ok this card can be good in pioneer, but I think there's too much speculation.
maybe because it enables Parhellion + Greasefang
Does anyone know why this card spiked so hard? Price trend 0,30, from price 5,70 (at time of typing)
This card is underrated. Fills the yard for Phoenix for example, filters through cards easily and is a cheap flier? Count me in!
