I think it is a bit hyped at the moment. Yes, it is a good rare, but there is no real Deck in Standard or Modern using it. Besides Commander players, there is no demand for it. When all the first excitement is gone, this will be under 5€ again.
If you are going to buy this card, buy it now, this is an instant staple in any deck that cares about treasures, and I can only see it going up.
Prices are rising again (22/04/29), card looks really promising!
Probably a good fit for Prosper EDH. Comparable to Grim Hireling.
