I find it very fitting for black to finally get enchantment removal. It was the only color to not be able to get rid of two card types efficiently. Even red at least had artifact removal. It's great that black can meddle with white and green's wards with dark magic. And it fits even better since black enchantment removal will not be able to remove enchantments you yourself own (you can't get out of infernal contracts). It's a nice little restriction that has a lot of flavor. As for artifacts it is also fitting that black can't touch them. Black uses a lot of fear and intimidation in its mechanics. Artifact creatures for example do not have emotions to be affected by that. Even some creature removal from black can't target artifact creatures.
It is the very first time a monoblack spell destroy a non-creature or non-artifact enchantment. The color pie is dead , i can't wait for mono-green draw and mono-blue creature removal ... Oh wait a second ...
