Booking Information

Once you have paid your ticket, you are automatically confirmed and registered for the event.

For Main Event tickets purchased on site, there is an additional charge of 5,00€.

Notice on film and visual recordings at the event:

The organiser will be making film and photo recordings on the event site in order to document the event and to present it to the public. This means that there may also be recordings of participants and visitors of the event. By participating in the event you consent that photo and video recordings on which you are pictured may be posted on the internet. Insofar as external features hint at your ethnic origin, religion or health (e.g. skin colour, headdress, glasses), your consent also applies to these details. This consent may be withdrawn at any time. In this case your images will be pixelated.

Cancellation policy
Entry tickets are available for a full refund until 1 day before the tournament date.
After that date, no refunds will be given.

Unpaid tickets will be automatically cancelled 7 days after purchase or 1 day before the tournament date.
