Attention API users: We are switching off our www.mkmapi.eu domain at the beginning of next week. We had announced this to happen in August but we are still getting requests coming through that domain. Please remember to change your applications accordingly and only use api.cardmarket.com.
Due to a technical problem, we could not yet book today's incoming bank transfers. They will be booked as soon as the problem is fixed (24h at the latest!). So please do not get worried if your bank transfer to Cardmarket takes a little longer as usual

It's Christmas time!
Regarding the business on Cardmarket, this means 3 things above all:
1. The post is slow. REALLY slow. In some European countries, there will be close to no postal activity between Dec 24th and Jan 6th. So, if you have shipped an order or a waiting for an order, please be patient, and just wait until Jan 10th before taking any action. You will see that almost all orders that seem lost, „magically re-appear“ on January 7th.
2. People tend to be on vacations over the holidays and may not be checking for Cardmarket messages regularly. They could even be a few days without internet. Thus again: Please be patient, problems will surely be solved, when everybody's home again.
3. We also need some vacations and thus our support crew is working on part-time shifts from Dec 22 to Jan 2. We will of course make sure that all time-critical processes (like bank transfers and PayPal payments) are kept up, but we might not be able to reply to every message within 48h. So if we're taking a long time to reply, please don't be angry at us and do not send you message another time, this will not accelerate the process.
So overall, just „slow-roll it“ and have great holidays :-)

We will make a significant modification to our refund system, that should make it easier to understand and use.
In the past, it has been possible to offer a refund from the purchase amount if it was currently "frozen" in the Cardmarket trustee service. This has lead to confusions as the refund was not paid out directly upon accepting it.
Thus we will no longer allow refunds from "frozen money", you may only offer refunds from your current Cardmarket account balance. Those will be immediately credited on the receivers Cardmarket account upon acceptation, so no more waiting for pending refunds. Also it will be possible to make refunds and extra payment with Cardmarket bonus credit.
In order apply those changes to our system, we will have to temporarily disable the refund and extra payment function on Cardmarket. The interruption is scheduled for
Tuesday, Nov 27th, from 07:00 to 24:00.
You will not be able to offer any new refund or extra payment during this period. Accepting and receiving refunds that have already been offered will not be affected by this downtime.
