Cardmarket Easter Eggs Have Arrived!

Cardmarket has found its Easter spirit and wants to spread cheer, as opposed to... other things. To that end, we are running an Easter egg hunt, starting today, and lasting until 13.04.2020. To participate, all you need to do is find your Easter egg on Cardmarket!

Contest Rules

  1. All logged-in Cardmarket users will, on each game's website, have an Easter egg image (literally of an Easter egg) placed somewhere on Cardmarket. You can find your egg in any of the following locations:

    1. Expansion, Singles, Products, and Trends pages posted from 2019 onward.

    2. Spoiler pages

    3. Most pages accessible from the footer (which you can find here)

  2. There will be one egg located somewhere on the above pages PER game, but you can only redeem ONE egg – the others will be removed as soon as you redeem the first.

  3. When a user redeems their egg, 3,00 € in Cardmarket bonus credit will be deposited into their account.

Cardmarket update: Shipping confirmation times

We’re making some changes to shipment confirmations in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We’ve noticed that many untracked shipments that are marked “lost” after 14 days still arrive. Because of these heavy delays, we’ve instituted the following two changes:

  1. Users will only be able to mark an order as lost 30 days after shipping.

  2. Automatic confirmation will only occur 40 days after shipping.

We recently informed users about shipping restrictions within Spain due to the COVID-19 crisis. Unfortunately, the information we obtained was not accurate and postal services in Spain are still in operation and accessible to sellers. Opening times are limited and handling might be slower, so users should keep that in mind. Pro sellers, in particular, are confirming with us that they are still be able to ship, so buyers should feel comfortable purchasing from them.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience. We feel the need to update users as information comes in, but we’re finding it difficult to keep up with the information we’re receiving.

As the COVID-19 situation develops, there have been, and will likely continue to be numerous developments regarding mail and the business users do on Cardmarket. We will continue to update users on these developments as they happen, but there is something users can do to streamline their shopping experience during the crisis. International shipments are likely to be heavily delayed and / or impossible, so any international Cardmarket shopping comes with a lot of risk. To avoid any issues, we recommend that all users, wherever possible, buy and sell only within their own country. National postal services have been significantly more stable and are much safer to use, so users should aim to use them when shopping on Cardmarket.
