Continuing the 2017 holiday release schedule, Konami hacks into Yu-Gi-Oh players’ hearts with the brand new Cyberse Link structure deck which grants access to the archetype used by Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS protagonist, Yusaku Fujiki. Players will receive a complete introduction to Yu-Gi-Oh! with a Beginners Guide, a new Game Mat, and 43 cards, which will contain 38 commons, 3 Super Rares, and 2 Ultra Rares.
As with all Structure Decks, new players will be able to purchase this deck and play it straight out of the box. They will also have room to upgrade their deck as they learn the game and become budding new competitors in Yu-Gi-Oh! Of course, structure decks are not only made for beginners. Experienced players will also want to know what specific cards they will get for their money.
Experienced players will find a lot to like in the new Cyberse Link deck. With the long-awaited reprint of Cosmic Cyclone, players will now be allowed a cheaper outlet for taking down pesky Pendulum and True Draco decks. Players will also receive a Dimensional Barrier reprint, allowing budding Cyberse Link players to negate all other extra deck summons while Link Summoning to their heart’s content. Along with these high value reprints, players will also be receiving welcome reprints of Storming Mirror Force, Gold Sarcophagus, Tragoedia, Mind Control, D.D.R. Different Dimension Reincarnation, and many more.
Along with reprints of hot staple Yu-Gi-Oh cards, players will receive some brand new foils with which they can upgrade their existing decks. Players will receive Super Rare cards: Cynet Backdoor and Dual Aseembwurm and in addition, three foil Link monsters to anchor their decks: Encode Talker and Tri-Gate Wizard at Ultra Rare, and Binary Sorceress at Super Rare.
Cyberse Link launched on 2 November 2017 and is available for purchase exclusively as a Structure Deck. The manufacturer’s suggested retail price is $9,99 (est. 8,50€). So, take your staple reprints and your shiny new foils and join Yusaku in link summoning your opponents into submission, so that you can find “the circuit that leads to the future.”
